A permit holder is required to report to the Director-General of Trade and Industry ("the Director") annually, on or before a specified date, of activities carried out at the facility in the previous year and anticipated to be carried out at the facility in the following year. The reporting requirements for a permit holder will depend on which Schedule(s) the chemicals fall under, the activities carried out/to be carried out, and the quantity of the chemicals involved.
The following are reports to be submitted regarding Schedules 1, 2 and 3 chemicals.
